Refund policy
While we have 30 day return policy from when you received your order, there are some conditions that apply to be eligible.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment, and in its original packaging.
- You had a ration to the product (photo and/or video evidence may need to be provided)
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@babeskincareaustralia.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you address details. Please note that approved returns or refunds will be at the cost of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please choose wisely as due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on open or used products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
